3.1 Not Toys
The products sold on Umgani.com are decorative items only.
They are not toys and should not be handled by young children.
Small beads, wires, and metal components may pose choking or injury hazards.
3.2 Handmade Nature
All products are 100% handmade by individual artisans in South Africa.
Therefore:
Each item is unique
Small differences in color, size, pattern, or shape are normal and expected
Product photos are illustrative; actual items may vary slightly
These variations are not considered defects.

7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately at info@umgani.com.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible (but you may return it under the return policy below).
8. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer law.
8.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be unused
Items must be in their original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging
8.3 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless a product arrived damaged or incorrect.
8.4 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
8.5 Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with clear photo evidence.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Umgani is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of products
Umgani is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities
Umgani’s total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product causing the claim
