At Umgani, we want your handmade items to arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, where we ship, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All countries within the European Union

  • The United Kingdom

All orders are packed and shipped from our fulfilment location in the Netherlands.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over €100

  • Orders under €100: shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination country.

  • All shipping rates are transparent — no hidden costs.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • During busy seasons (such as Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.

Each product is handmade, but all inventory available online is ready to ship.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days (customs may cause slight delays)

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

If your order seems delayed or the tracking is unclear, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates

  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation

  3. Contact your local postal service with your tracking code

Still no progress?
Email us at info@umgani.com and we will investigate it with our carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the order cannot be delivered, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the parcel.

Customs & Duties (non-EU Orders)

Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location.

Whenever possible, we use recycled or eco-friendly packing materials. Our goal is to protect your handmade items while minimizing waste.
